Frequently asked questions

  • An electronic RFID tag is mounted around the fueling inlet of the vehicle's fuel tank
  • Each tag is securely encoded with all the relevant vehicle data for each individual vehicle and cannot be removed for use with any other vehicle.
  • Once the fuel pump nozzle comes into contact with the tag, the system automatically sends a message to our servers for verification of the transaction, only after which fuel is dispensed.
  • Only authorized fuel quantity goes into authorized vehicles. When the nozzle is removed, the fueling process stops and the transaction is instantly closed.
  • The transaction and vehicle details are sent to ENOC's secure database. This detailed information along with reports and analyses can be accessed online through our online portal.

For Debit ViP account

  • Visit any of ENOC/EPPCO fuel station to fill in the ViP application for registration. You will also need to provide:
    • Emirates ID (Residents) or Passport (Tourists)
    • Car Registration
    • Vehicle - For ViP Tag Installation
    • If company then Trade License also
  • An account will be created and an email notification will be sent to the registered email notifying the same
  • Get your ViP tag installed on your vehicle

For Credit ViP account

  • Get in touch with a ViP adviser at 04-3133100/3115 or visit ENOC Complex for detailed one-to-one presentation along with a ViP Kit to provide necessary information.
  • The Customer submits the following documents along with the filled application form:
    • Valid company trade license copy
    • VAT Certificate or TRN screenshot from FTA website
    • Security deposit (2 times the total monthly limit)
    • Vehicle list with required products (Super U98, Special U95, Diesel etc.)
  • After document validation, your ViP account will be created and an email notification will be sent to the registered email notifying the same
  • An email notification is sent for scheduling installation within 3 working days at customer premises or one of AutoPro's ViP installation centers.
  • AutoPro installs ViP kit in customer's vehicles and activates for fueling immediately.

For Debit ViP account

  • Visit ENOC/EPPCO fuel station, provide ViP account number and PIN number along with AED 52.50 (incl. VAT) for the tag.

For Credit ViP account

  • Send a company request letter to request@eppcouae.com
  • The letter should be duly signed, stamped and under the company letter head
  • Within 3 working days, notifications will be sent to the company's registered email address and fax

For Debit ViP account

  • Visit ENOC/EPPCO fuel station, provide your ViP account number and PIN number
  • Call 800ENOC(3662)

For Credit ViP account

  • Send a company request letter to request@eppcouae.com
  • The letter should be duly signed, stamped and under the company letter head
  • Within 3 working days notification will be sent to the registered email address and fax number

For Debit ViP account

  • Invoices for the last 12 months are available to download on the VIP online Portal.

For Credit ViP account

  • Invoices for the last 12 months invoices are available to download on the ViP online portal.
  • Customers can call 04-3133100 following the IVR and automatically invoice summary is sent to customer's registered email and fax
  • Email to account@eppcouae.com to avail invoices providing a confirmation of Invoice charge of AED 50

For Debit ViP account

  • Visit ENOC/EPPCO fuel station or ENOC Complex for account top-up.
  • Payment through your Credit/Debit card through online portal access.

Note: Top up amount cannot be refunded at any time for active accounts.

For Credit ViP account

  • Bank Transfer
  • Visit any Emirates NBD to deposit cheque
  • Visit any ENOC/EPPCO stations to deposit cheque
  • Cash or cheque deposit at ENOC Complex

Note: Security deposit payments can only be made at ENOC Head Office.

  • Velocity rule (Email) – to top up, one email address cannot be used more than 15 times in 7 days.
  • Risky IP countries* - Restricts transaction coming from suspected IP countries.
  • Risky True IP countries* - After decoding restricts transaction coming from suspected IP countries.
  • Negative List -Restricts any transaction with confirmed fraud email.
  • Disposable email domain - Restricts transactions in which disposable domains are used in emails.
  • General Profile Amount 10K Cap - AED 10K per card per transaction.
  • Blocked BINs - Restricts any transaction with suspected card BIN placed in block list earlier.

The amount if deducted from card must be refunded within few days otherwise you must contact bank.

Upon applying for the ViP services you will automatically receive the online access on your registered email address

If you missed the email or didn't get the login details then please follow the below steps to avail:

  1. Please visit https://vipselect.enoc.ae
  2. Click on 'Forgot Password'
  3. Enter VIP account number (for debit account holders enter VIP along with the last 4 or 5 digits 70814307000000XXXX) and click on submit
  4. Within 5 minutes, you will receive the ViP login details on your registered email ID.

For Debit ViP account

  • Log in to your online access
  • Click on 'Vehicles'
  • Click the 'EDIT' tab on the right hand side of the desired vehicle
  • In the pop-up window, you will find and can change the monthly limits.

For Credit ViP account

  • Log in to your online access
  • Click on 'Consumption'
  • Select the limit type like 'Monthly'
  • Select the month
  • Click on Search to avail the information

For Debit ViP account

  • Call 800ENOC(3662)
  • Tag issues should be escalated within 30 days

For Credit ViP account

Ring-type tags are only used for heavy duty vehicles which cannot have the ViP Nano chip installed. Below is the process of obtaining the Ring type tag:

For Personal account: Ring type ViP tag cannot be offered (EXCEPT VEHICLES FOR WHICH WE CANNOT INSTALL NANO TAGS).

  1. Purchase the required VIP tag(s) and avail the receipt from any ENOC/EPPCO fuel station;
  2. Provide the VIP tags(s) and receipt in ENOC Head Office - House III, Ground Floor - Fuel Marketing Department,
  3. If the account is under company name then a company request letter is mandatory;
  4. Once the request is processed notification will be emailed to the registered email address with the installation schedule.

For Corporate DEBIT account:

  1. Purchase the required VIP tag(s) and avail the receipt from any ENOC/EPPCO fuel station;
  2. Obtain the registered company request duly signed and stamped;
  3. Provide the VIP tags(s), receipt and the company request letter at ENOC Head Office - House III, Ground floor - Fuel Marketing Department,
  4. Once the request is processed notification will be emailed to the registered email address with the installation schedule.

Your Debit account's PIN number should be kept secret at all times as it can be used to add vehicles and modify account details like mobile number and email address

PIN number is provided to customer during opening a new account and can be reset using the below steps online:

  1. Login to your online ViP access
  2. Click on ‘Change/Reset PIN’ tab
  3. In the next page you can either enter the old PIN number and the new PIN you like; or click on ‘Reset PIN’ to get an email to reset pin on your registered email address.

For Debit ViP account

  • If under personal name, then account name change is not possible therefore new account has to be created;
  • If account is under company name, then company request letter under the old account's letter head, signed and stamp along with the new trade license has to be provided by emailing to Request@Eppcouae.com

For Credit ViP account

  • Prepare a request letter from the Existing account holder to change name to the new account holder
  • Along with the request letter, attach the new Trade License
  • If the security deposit is in the form of Bank Guarantee then the existing Bank Guarantee has to be amended with the new company name
  • All of the above documents have to be submitted in ENOC head office to process the request and provide the previous Bank Guarantee

For Debit ViP account

  • Visit any ENOC/EPPCO station to fill in a 'Account Cancellation' application
  • After the request has been submitted within 14 working days the account will be cancelled and the remaining balance will be refunded

For Credit ViP account

  • Send company request letter to request@eppcouae.com or contact your ENOC Account Manager or visit ENOC head office
  • After the request has been submitted within 14 working days the account will be cancelled and you will be informed
  • Once the Security deposit is ready for refund, customer will be informed by email and will also be contacted over the phone

For Debit ViP account

  • Login to your VIP online account
  • From the account Dashboard choose VEHICLES option
  • Find the plate number of the vehicle you want to deactivate and click on Edit tab
  • Click Yes under HOTLIST and Submit
  • Please remove the tag from the vehicle after hotlisting

For Credit ViP account

  • Send company request letter to request@eppcouae.com or submit the request at ENOC head office
  • Please remove the tag from the vehicle

For Debit ViP account

  • Login to your VIP online account
  • From the Account Dashboard, choose VEHICLES option
  • Find the plate number of the vehicle you want to deactivate and click on EDIT tab
  • Click NO under 'Can Refuel' and submit

For Credit ViP account

Send company request letter to request@eppcouae.com or submit the request at ENOC Head Office

Transaction History report allows to check your daily, weekly and monthly transaction of fueling and other services like car wash, oil change, etc.

The history can be generated for one month per attempt.

Please follow the below steps to avail the transaction history:

  • Visit https://vipselect.enoc.ae and login using your account credentials.
  • Click on Transaction History.
  • Choose the dates you wish to avail transactions for and click on Search.
  • You will find a list of transactions which can be exported to MS Excel
